When you book a call through our Calendly scheduling tool, we collect your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide in the intake question. When you contact us by email at robinsonops@pm.me, we retain your message and contact details for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use analytics tracking tools. We do not collect or store payment information on this website — all payments are processed through separate, secure channels (e-transfer or invoicing).
Information collected through scheduling and email is used solely to provide and deliver our consulting services. We use your contact details to communicate about your engagement, deliver project materials, and follow up on service delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact information and engagement records are retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. If you request deletion of your information, contact us at robinsonops@pm.me and we will process your request within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, GTA CAN Vibe Productions Inc. and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, our consulting services, or any AI-powered tools or automations delivered as part of an engagement.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of GTA CAN Vibe Productions Inc. and is protected under Canadian copyright law. The Robinson Ops name, logo, and brand elements are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
For client engagements: deliverables (workflows, SOPs, documentation) transfer to the client upon final payment as specified in the Master Service Agreement. Underlying tools, templates, and methodologies used to create deliverables remain the property of GTA CAN Vibe Productions Inc.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
