The written playbook covers basic troubleshooting. The 30-day check-in call gives you a window to flag anything that's not running right. For ongoing maintenance, we offer a separate support package — but many clients run the system independently without it.
Yes. The Sprint is almost entirely remote. Days 1, 3, and 6 are video calls, the build work is done online. If you're in the GTA or Southern Ontario and want an on-site component on Day 6, we can discuss it. Outside that region is fully remote.
